On June 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed S-4654 into law, which amends the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). In accordance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, effective March 1, 2026, all Legal Notices of the Borough of Interlaken will be maintained on the Borough website. A centralized portal for all Legal Notices is maintained by the Secretrary of the State, and is located at Statewide Legal Notices Listings.
